Don’t take off 10days from cycling when you’ve doing so everyday for the last 2 months and then try and hit 15miles in one go.
You will, and I repeat, you will throw up the contense of your stomach. And feel very, very ill for your next shift in *looksatwatch* 2 hours.
I’m going to have a few days away from technology.
This is my last night in Essex (thank god), and therefore my last day and night away from work, cycling and a social life. I need to just stay away from all the things clouding my head, and get back to getting fit and maintaining my positive, mental and physical attitude.
I’m logging off tumblr, facebook, staying off skype, turning my phone onto silent and only checking it to see if my dad, brother or work calls.
Not sure when I’ll be back, but for now I’m gone.
Project- tidy the fuck out of my dads house, before they get back on Tuesday and kill me.
Some friends and myself are going to be making tie dye tee shirts, towels when we’re back at uni. Well excited!
This idea book has come in real handy, just writing everything that comes to mind.

I’m a big kid, honestly I mean it. Saturday morning cartoons all included.
I’ll happily admit that two of my favourite films are the Spongebob Squarepants movie and Where The Wild Things Are.
Be a big kid with me? We’ll snuggle up in bed, have hot chocolate or coffee your preference and chuck on a disney film or two and have Cartoon Network in the background.
